Ebisu Gods

Inspired by Ebisu

In ancient Japan, Ebisu was one of the most beloved figures among the Seven Gods of Good Fortune — known not for grandeur, but for warmth, sincerity, and honest work. Often depicted smiling, with a fishing rod and a sea bream, Ebisu symbolised prosperity earned through patience, effort, and care.

Inspired by this spirit, Ebisu Fine Japanese Restaurant was created as a place where abundance is found in details — thoughtful cooking, attentive service, and moments shared over good food. Our approach to Japanese cuisine reflects this philosophy: dishes crafted with precision, respect for ingredients, and time-honoured techniques that celebrate authenticity rather than excess.

Our Testimonials

They prepared a bento box for me at lunchtime. The rice was especially delicious. Of course, the tempura and side dishes were delicious too. It felt like I was in Japan.

Miya Chihiro

The overall taste and food quality was very good. Do keep in mind there is no Indianization of the food they serve. The taste would be authentic especially for the Japanese food.

Sambhav Dalpat

The most legit sushi in all of Delhi. It’s difficult finding good sushi when you’re from LA. There have been some decent sushi places but this is at the top of the list.

Alexis Cowell

The best japanese food in town. The seared garlic salmon and the gunkan salmon is a must. The pan seared gyozas never feel enough

Veer Kohli

This place has only gotten better with time! The food is great and very authentic. Best part is that they have food which you can enjoy even if you don’t particularly like Japanese food

Arjan Rangar

Without a doubt, the best Japanese restaurant in Delhi and Gurgaon. The menu is varied, the prices are right, the dishes are very well presented and the attention is of the highest level.
